After working with the Special Projects team at WDAS for the ‘Seven Dwarves Mine Train’ ride, that opened at DisneyWorld, I jumped on another train: Big Hero 6.
In this action-packed film I had the chance to work on two departments: Rigging, where I worked on Denizen, the system the studio developed for populating scenes with hundreds of different (but artistically directed) characters. I had the chance to work with Yama, the heavy mobster whose scene opens the film, and Alistair.
After my work was finished, I moved to Tech Anim, where we took care of all the hair and cloth simulation on every shot.
